Discover always had some great cash back and rewards for their cards.

5% cash back has been a standard for yrs, this is nothing new.

nobody likes to accept Discover cards anyways. the Chase Freedom card still has the best rewards when paired with a Chase Checking account.

Have one and used for a few month. Misleading ad. 5% only for certain categories with low upper limit, and many exclusions (read the fine prints). You have to sign up every quarter. Anything else is only 0.25% cash back, the lowest of all credit cards.

@jack111 Thanks for the info. Will be looking into the fine print for sure.

What's the big deal about this? It's the same with most cards.

Good offer. Discover is hard to get. They require you to make a certain amount I believe to qualify? You also have to have pretty flawless credit history. Jmo :-O
