We must not go on diet and stay hungry ,eat less calories than you consume in a day .check your food,stay away from fatty food ,drink a lot of water and do 20 mins exercise daily you will keep your body quit fit.

Any weight loss program has to address the psychological habit of eating. Otherwise, we tend to revert to our previous pattern of behavior. To lose weight we can eat less or exercise more or a combination. However, your body does seem to have a biologically determined weight and it will fight you hard if you try to change that and you might make your self miserable in the process. But, if you are morbidly obese (100 pounds above the range for your height & weight) than a good weight loss program is invaluable. Just make sure it is not a "diet" as those are temporary. Habits form over time and a new habit takes time but then it is your new "normal."
