Q: Amex's new Arbitration clause

Recently saw that American Express included an arbitration clause quietly in the regular credit card statement. What it means: You cannot sue Amex in a class action or you cannot go to public courts, if you have a reason to sue. However, they give you an opt out option (which I am using, though its a bit lengthy as they intended).https://web.aexp-static.com/us/content/pdf/Clean_Arbitration_provision_Forms/Clean_Arbitration_provision_07_09_12_reject_form_no_headers.pdf

Similarly, saw that paypal is also including this clause.

(goto Opt-out procedure)
