Winner Disqualification

If a winner does not reply by DealsPlus Message within 2 days of notification, the winner forfeits his/her prize.

General Conditions

By participating in the contest you agree to be bound by these rules as well as DealsPlus' terms of service (link below).
The event is void where prohibited by law.
The DealsPlus reserves the right to modify the event rules/dates at any given time.

The event shall be governed by California law.
Users may be disqualified if they do not follow the "Terms and Conditions" as posted on the site. These include libel, derogatory racial or sexual remarks, and other similar content which is illegal, or that DealsPlus deems inappropriate.

All entrants must be 14 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. Winners may be asked to provide a W-9 form in order to claim a prize. In the event that a W-9 form is required and cannot be produced by the Winner, DealsPlus reserves the right to withhold the prize until a proper W-9 form is produced by Winner.

Users agree to arbitrate any dispute resulting from their submission or winnings through the American Arbitration Association.

Users agree that the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California, shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to the event sponsored by the DealsPlus.

By submitting content, accepting a prize or otherwise participating in the contest you agree that DealsPlus may post your name and materials (including pictures, slogans and video clips)on the DealsPlus site and in any and all media, including future advertising or publicity, without further consideration or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Furthermore, you agree that any content you submit to DealsPlus becomes the property of DealsPlus.

Releases/Hold Harmless DealsPlus, its owners, its staff, its affiliates, and its advertisers will not be held liable for:
  • any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, any event, including entry and participation in any event and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes.
  • prizes that are lost in the mail or have other unforeseen problems.
  • any technical or human errors, malfunctions, failures, etc. resulting from participation in the event.
