You can get the Verizon one for $169 by using the SMART30 promo code (still not as cheap as Amazon, but you have better phone options if you go the family plan route, which is worth the extra $20 imo).

Amazon is showing it "Price: $149.99 (with new service plan) " now.

"2 yr. agreement - with data pak $29.99 or higher required" usually that scares me away ..

The Incredible is supposed to be $199 through Verizon with a 2 yr. agreement. $99 is an awesome price! Thanks for the great find!

Amazon is trying to break into the mobile phone market by offering this phone for cheaper than Verizon... This is a good start.

Amazon always has phones cheaper than anyone else. Have you ever looked at Amazon for phones? If your contract is up and you're looking to sign up again, it's the way to go.

This probably goes without sayint, but the $99 price is only with a new service plan from Verizon. Otherwise it costs $529.99.

I'm not positive on this one, but when we bought my wife's Droid last week, it was $99 for new activation and only $129 for the renewal. Verizon wanted $200 (not a chance)
