They still have the money tied up so I can't use it! When my order went through they confirmed I would get my items, therefore I gave them my banking info when they decided not to send my items they should have returned my money. I never saw terms and conditions that the coupons wouldn't work. The sale went through and Their website allowed it, not our fault they should have honored the orders!

Its day 4 and Puma has still not put my money back into my bank account, i get more upset each and every day. The customer service people now have an attitude when I call, But they have money I have a reason to be mad, they don't! They screwed so any people so far! I hope this gets resolved somehow, we are the customer after all!

I'm scared to ever order from them again. Like someone wrote earlier, they did not include my order number in the cancellation email, it was very generic. They said they would send me a deal "just for me" but I am afraid to order from their website.

I filed with better business bureau, and contacted the CEO's foundation to let him know how much of a shithead his company is being to their customers. The CEO is flying all around the world going to the ferrari plant to take pictures with people and then they go and fuck us...unacceptable. Bad apples or not, their mistake, not mine, and they STILL have my money.

I have called over and over, I filed the complaint with the Better Business Bureau and everything. y money is also tied up on my card for a week. This was their huge mistake not mine. I want to do whatever we need to. When I just called she said anyone that used more than 1 coupon will not be honored no matter what! It's all been a corporate decision. I would think there has to be a way to make them uphold the orders. Class action suit if we all band together. Anytime that this has happened before they have still sent the orders.

puma is granting the orders of certain people if you are persistent and complain enough. I convinced them to honor my order, but i was really angry and kept calling back. I think others may have gotten this deal to go through. Screw the 40% coupon that they send as a consolation! WE all already have that!

I was told there is absolutely nothing anyone can do, and ALL orders were canceled. It was a corporate descision that anyone using multiple codes per their website that says multiple discounts are not allowed were canceled. They are supposidly going to email a special promotion in the next day or two. It will take a week to get our money back which "Stephanie" seemed to think wasnt a big deal.

This is terrible, i had placed 3 orders and the company charged my credit card. I hoped that things would work out and they would not cancel the order. got the e-mail yesterday, orders have been cancelled. WTF! tried calling them and the rep hung up on me twice. The third time i called them i can't even get through. We need to take an action against this! It is not our fault that their website acted that way. Then they say they're going to send a special offer, which is 40% coupon again. No special offer has been sent to us, everyone has the access to the 40% family special, how about the people who ordered from them. This is a shame that Puma is acting this way!

My problem is they refuse to fully acknowledge that this was a mistake on their part; they simply called it a technical problem while still taking our money. That is pretty unprofessional for a prominent company, at least man up when you make a mistake. And then they have the nerve to rub the 40% coupon in our faces as their "special offer" to make it up to us? For shame Puma, for shame.

Its true they might have the fine prints but it was their own doing, they didnt have the man power nor technology to fix it nor detect it in a very swift manner! They should honor them all! Just received an email from Puma. They didn't necessary noted my order was cancelled but they say a "number of orders cannot be fulfilled." Also, my order status is still "Order in process" so not sure how this is going to work.

I also received the confirmation email and my debit card was charged. I then received the cancellation email tonight. I called customer service and they said they couldnt send the order and it will take up to a week to refund the money to my card. The rep also refused to give me the corporate phone number or let me speak with a supervisor. The corporate office is in Massachusetts, so I went online and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want my order, it was their fault not mine. I would think somehow they would have to honor the purchases that were made.

FYI guys i just read the term and conditions regard using coupon code on their site and there a line say: Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. SO i don't know if this gonna effect our orders.

has anyone checked "MY ACCOUNT" on the puma site? I got the email confirmation with the order # (I did guest check out) but then I joined the site with the same email and checked MY ACCOUNT it says no orders have been made in my ORDER HISTORY, can anyone confirm if they can see their order if they signed up when checking out. Im hoping it maybe just created a different account and didnt keep the guest account info.

Yeah because its a weekend and nobody is in the office. As someone who has bought about 100 items that were obvious price mistakes and only had 3 actually send the item. I can pretty much assure you they will be cancelled come Monday morning.

I take that back. When I went to check out, it took all the coupons off. I went back and tried putting them back and it said they were already in my bag and then took 1 40% coupon off, that's all. So I cancelled my order. I was about 5 minutes too late.
