How to Help Hurricane Sandy Victims - ABC News

If you aren't able to personally provide shelter and supplies to those affected by Hurricane Sandy, it doesn't mean you can't help at all. There are many organizations along the East Coast that are providing shelter, food and other supplies to victims of superstorm Sandy.

I'm all for helping and often give to charity,just a word of warning,make sure you are donating to a credible and legitimate organization,these people really need the help and I'd hate to see either scammers get it or organizations that use 90% of the money on "administrative costs"

I live in Atlantic City New Jersey and its so bad..I still can't go home..all roads gonna be closed till Friday!!

Yes things are awful on the shore! The whole boardwalk is ripped up. I am away at college and my mom said the roller coaster at seaside is in the ocean. :( I can't imagine the other damages done. I hope for the best for you and your family!
