What is Concierge On Call?
Concierge On Call is a unique service offered by JetBlue Getaways to anyone booking a Getaways vacation package. Contact our new Concierge On Call for recommendations, dinner reservations, tee times and more.

How can I use this service?
Book a JetBlue Getaways vacation and there will be a phone number on your confirmation page to access this great service.

What kinds of services are offered?
Concierge's can offer travel services, business services, and specialty services and answer questions for nearly anything related to your trip. Some examples are location of airports and mass transportation; ATM locations; weather forecasts; local customs & duty requirements; current exchange rates; local visa, and passport requirements; health club referrals and reservations; gift basket delivery arrangements; computer rental referrals and arrangements; messenger service referrals and arrangements; and more. Please note requests are not guaranteed even though concierges will do their best.

Are there any services not offered?
Services not offered are wedding planning, booking of package vacations, illegal, immoral or unethical services, local errand running, car rentals, and ground transportation.

Can I call any time?
You can use this service any time after booking, right up until the end of your trip.

Do I have to pay for this service?
For a limited time, the Concierge On Call is included in your JetBlue Getaways vacation package! Please note the services you book or reserve through Concierge On Call are not included. Many of the services or items booked or purchased through the concierges will require payment.

Can I use the service for any destination?
The service is available for all of our BlueCities (anywhere we fly - excluding Cuba).
