I have to agree as a small seller, ebay + now taking a cut of shipping fee's + another 1% from paypal = not making a great profit on stuff you want to sell. I prefer to sell on local facebook since they don't any fee's, it's just finding the right buyer & not get low balled.

Dear eBay, please stop taking a percentage of our shipping price.. It's meant for us to use to ship. You already take a cut from our final value fee. Thanks

They started doing this to discourage sellers from charging high shipping fees (which is good for buyers) and get more money from sellers (bad ebay!)
