Oh people, if you bought it, ate it, and enjoyed it, and really were NOT operating under the assumption that it was "healthier" (as some said they were) then you really shouldn't be hitting them up for $20. This is the kind of thing that just makes more and more frivolous lawsuits pop up - and someday it will affect the company YOU work for. If you felt deceived, then sure, I guess that is the point, but everyone can read labels...

My son has a lot of restriction on what he can eat & we bought several of these hoping he could tolerate it.

Wow..what is really going on here. Monsanto, FDA, Codex Alimentarius is taking over our food rights, especially natural foods, vitamins and herbs. Monsanto,FDA and Codex are feeding your children GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS (sterility, organ failure, cancer) and irradiating our food supply (dead food)-Research it. When we start becoming sick, bc our food supply is dead and poisoned (irradiated and gmo), and when low quality/high cost vitamins will only be available by a dr's prescription, remember that you supported companies not being able to make healthful claims on their products. Guess as a consumer with all the info we need over the internet, we cannot decide for ourselves what to buy or not. The World According to Monsanto (full film). Wake up! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rml_k005tsU

Good Lord.. talk about complete ignorance. You must be the only person on the planet who doesn't know who Monsanto is - God help you, really.

Sorry jaymebaby, there is at least one other person in the world that doesn't know who Monsanto is. I've heard of their products, but not the specific company until now. I guess God needs to help me too.

Thanks for having me research this. I am actually finding in the research that irradiated food is safer than non-irradiated organic food. Not what I expected to find, but if you hadn't given me the charge to "research it" then I wouldn't have come across that information. http://www.newscientist.com/article/mg21028186.200-irradiating-organic-food-would-save-lives.html

The lawsuit claims that Ferrero made statements suggesting that Nutella is healthier than it actually is. Its just a great ad campaign. People believe that you can spread chocolate / hazelnut on toast and have a healthy breakfast. This world ...

My wife definitely believed that Nutella was healthier than peanut butter, but the label shows it is mostly sugar and saturated fat.

Hmm, I would if it would qualify for simply having eaten Nutella in a crepe. I suppose I don't qualify either way since I've never had Nutella in my life.. :-) Am I missing out?

toast Apr 16, 2012
Are you missing out? Let's just say that if Nutella were my tears, then, well, I would probably only see everything in a dark brown. But to the point, Nutella is very delicious. It's almost like the hot sauce of the dessert world: it's good on almost everything!

Unless your into foods where the MAIN ingredient is SUGAR then I would say your're not missing anything at all... infact your're doing your're body some good by staying far far away form nutella! I'm glad to hear there's a lawsuit!!! The commercials they run are a scam tricking people into thinking its some WHOLESOME & HEALTHY for the whole family every day of the week - NOT!

Glad to hear there's a Nutella lawsuit!!! For crying-out-loud... the MAIN ingredient is SUGAR - The commercials they run are a scam tricking people into thinking its WHOLESOME & HEALTHY for the whole family to eat every day of the week - NOT! (Those of you who can't live without it every once in awhile would be better off saving your money & making it at home by blending 3/4 cup of peanut butter & 1/8 cup of hersheys syrup to 1 cups of corn syrup ((adjust ingr +/- per your taste/consistency level)).
