In order to refer a friend to Groupon, you can sign up for a Groupon account, then get a referral link from https://www.groupon.com/visitor_referral/
Send the referral link to your friend, (which will start with this format https://www.groupon.com/visitor_referral/h/) and ask them to sign up through this link. Once your friend makes a purchase of $10 or more within 72 hours, you will earn $10 in Groupon Bucks.
There are three types of Groupon offers: Local deals, Groupon Getaways, and Groupon Goods. For local deals, customers can return unredeemed purchases for the amount paid within three days after purchasing. Customers can get a refund for Groupon Getaways before the book-by date. Groupon Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You can find more details for the Groupon refund policy here: https://www.groupon.com/merchant/blog/groupon-refund-policy
Groupon offers 50-90% off beauty and spa deals including salons, hair and styling, face and skin care, cosmetic procedures, and massages. Visit https://www.groupon.com/local/beauty-and-spas to see current offers. Select the local city on the top right side of the page to see the most relevant offers.
Once a Groupon for a local deal or travel Getaway expires, the promotional value will no longer apply, but the amount paid will still be available for the applicable merchant. For example, if you pay $5 for a $10 Starbucks Groupon deal, the Groupon deal will still be worth $5 (amount paid) at Starbucks even if the $10 promotional value has expired. More information is available at Groupon regarding their refund policy https://www.groupon.com/merchant/blog/groupon-refund-policy
When purchasing a Groupon, you can redeem it by signing into Groupon, hovering over your sign in name in the top right corner, clicking "My Groupons" and finding the deal that you purchased. You can either print out your Groupon deal from your desktop computer or redeem on your mobile device when you are in the store.
