To my knowledge, Homegoods coupons are rare to come by. Since it operates as an off-price retailer, most items are already discounted up to 80% off of their original prices so stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Homegoods rarely offer any additional discounts. (Unless you shop their clearance racks in stores). Some ways to save more if you're a frequent shopper is to sign up for their credit card which will get you (I believe) 10% off on your first in-store purchase. The credit card will be valid for rewards across all TJX Companies (Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Sierra Trading Post) so you can earn $10 in Rewards certificates for every $200 spent. The Rewards certificates can be redeemed both online and in stores. You can learn more here: http://www.tjxrewards.com/apply.asp
Otherwise, I would recommend browsing in stores in their clearance area. I personally find even deeper discounts when I shop strictly from that area so it's my go-to for home decor on a budget!
Side note: if you come across something you really like but there's some scruff or minor defects, DO ask for a discount at the register. They'll give you at least 10% off so it doesn't hurt to ask. Hope that helps!
