$10 off $10 JCPenney coupons are offered during their coupon giveaway events. These are in-store only events and supplies are limited, so you will need to arrive at the store just as they are opening to get your coupon. They are offered about once every month or two months, typically on Saturday mornings, usually announced on Fridays.
They come around once in a while, usually given away in-store so they're easy to miss. You absolutely have to subscribe to JCPenney coupons above, or subscribe to JCpenney's newsletter so you get notified a couple days ahead. On the day they're handing the coupon out, go to the store as early as possible.
I get newsletters from JCPenney and sometimes they have printable coupons, but they're not consistent. I find that it's easier and more reliable to check here: http://www.jcpenney.com/m/jcpenney-coupons/N-mpi6e5
You can only stack coupons when they work on different items in your cart. For instance, a sitewide 30% off coupon, a 20% off fine jewelry coupon, and a 25% off furniture coupon may be stacked together (sitewide coupon + category coupon + different category coupon) because each takes a discount off a different item in your cart. If you have multiple coupons that work on the same item(s), you'll have to choose the one that offers the best discount because they will not stack together, unfortunately.
Even if you have an account, you have to manually subscribe. Here's the link: http://join.jcpalerts.com/i/5
Instead of print catalogs (which they stopped a while back), they email and text coupons, offers, and store information. Also they don't message every coupon as it becomes available, but DealsPlus does. Subscribe to JCPenney coupons here and you'll receive coupons and sale info about every other day.
The easiest way is to sort this page by "In-Store Offers" (see the filtering buttons up top) so DealsPlus only shows all available printable coupons. Sometimes there simply aren't in-store versions of the online codes that are available, too. If that's the case, I suggest waiting until the next one comes around. They come out every few days so you don't have to wait that long!
Hi @dddsss, JCPenney has free shipping on $49+ purchases, after promotional discounts and excluding taxes (it was on $99+ before). You can also opt for free shipping to stores with no minimum. You also get free shipping anywhere with your Sephora order of $49 or more. All of these shipping conditions do not require promo codes, they will be reflected at online checkout. Happy shopping!
