Not a dupe. You deal is from a few weeks ago. It's expired now. This deal is live on 5/27.

If the link is the same, then update the old deal. However these ALDI links change every week.

thank you, so if deal is same but links are not same we can create another deal. But recently posted a news from usatoday, some MM later claimed that his deal posted first ( the mm posted the deal from CNBC)

The rules state that we allow different sources for the same news subject to exist, however we will try to honor and promote the news article that was posted first. If a news article gets promoted and is not the first deal created, then we will ask the MM that created the original deal to make a small edit on the news article that was promoted. This way the MM that posted first can get some credit, since they deserve it.

I have been posting Aldi deals for many years now and a frequent shopper. Aldi has weekly sales which includes items which are not sold everyday which makes the store unique. Although the have some items they sell all the time like bread and milk etc.

In terms of "rules" the rule about a non original deal specifically a new article getting promoted which was not the first deal created and then giving that second post credit is a horrible rule and needs to be changed as allows anyone to create a dup and get credit for it, leaving the first person who found it sharing credit. Does not seem fair, unless the offer adds some vital information. Just my opinion and I have discussed this with Notbad to express my concerns of this rule as it happens a lot and if you are the original poster and are sharing credit for work you did it kind of sucks.
