    I use one when prepping my cast iron pans, then after I re-oil them the brush gets put up till next time. The brush has stiff enough bristles to scrub most stuff off your cast iron, unless it's rust or has been sitting on the pan for a while.

    I own one of these to use on a cast-iron pot. It works pretty well, but needs to be scrubbed right after you cook :) overall, a good price
