Nice article. Peanut butter does become hard in the fridge. I was told the reason that some refrigerate it is because the crumbs, etc you leave behind can go bad. (If that makes sense)

Great article. I wanted to find an article like this since I really don't know what I can and can't keep in the fridge aside from bananas... Next I'd like to see an article about the shelf life of produce

What! I never would have guessed that refrigerating an onion would make it less hard on the eyes. I'm going to try this, thanks!

That explains everything. I diced up half an onion yesterday that I've kept in the fridge for about a week. No crying. Nothing. BUT it was harder to slice because it didn't feel as crisp. I was actually worried that I'd cry more since my dicing wasn't as clean as normal because of the lack of crispiness. No matter, it was going in a soup.
