I have this keyboard for my HTPC. It's alright, it's nice for a rarely-used keyboard/mouse, has some nice features like an on-off switch, it stands on its side, good range (we use is about 8 ft back), small USB dongle, and it's fairly compact. The downsides are the trackpad is less than fantastic, it's a little cumbersome to use on your lap, and the keys are very cheap feeling. Like I said, this was designed for a HTPC, and it works great for that, since most often you will probably use a remote control. Great for the price if you can get it that cheap, but I'd say even under $20 it's still a worthwhile keyboard for an HTPC.

Nice price. A working coupon is always better than dealing with rebates, whether they're "easy" or not :)
