I have had fried turkey at my cousins house and it was so yummy. One of these years we will actually fry it, instead of throwing it in the oven.

My brother made fried turkey last year. It was pretty good! Not too different from regular turkey - just that the skin's crispier ;)

If anyone plans on trying it, definitely be careful! No one wants to have a bad Thanksgiving story :s
