Can never be too careful! Everyone should have them and no cost it too much to make sure your family has a warning if something is wrong. CO has no smell so the alarm in sooo necessary!

Maybe I should tell the contractor for my apartment about this deal. Our smoke and CO detectors have been randomly going off because of low battery even after the low battery's been changed!

Hope it was not at 3am :) I once had that happen (low battery) CO detector went off. I jumped out of bed in a panic. Called the fire department while standing in 2o degree weather and the first thing they said to me "check the battery" I did, changed the battery, reset it and I was just fine. I now check and replace those batteries every 6 months. Lesson learned :) This is a good deal for the set, maybe you should mention it :)
