About this Deal

*Free shipping code BH996

No need for lots of space and staking-out vines... this puts gravity to work, offering the perfect planting environment! Up to 4 tomato plants can grow downward from 4 holes in the bottom.

The hanging vines need almost no attention, and the tomatoes ripen in the air, where they won't rot. Plus, you can grow vegetables, flowers or herbs on the planter top. The 20 x 20 x 4 1/2" base can be filled with sand for added stability. It's made of heavy-duty plastic and supported by a PVC center pole and durable PVC support posts. Easy assembly, no tools. The top planter box is 23" square, 7"h. Stands 4'1"h. overall. Weighs 20 lbs.

Nice deal.I always wanted one of these. And I don't have a green thumb. I'm wondering are they easy to grow?

I don't have this exact planter, but have several upside-down ones. The trickiest part is the planting...you feel as if you need a 3rd hand. Well, I only have 2 hands and get it done;) This design looks easier to plant though, as it is more reachable from the top and the bottom, than my hanging ones. Once it's planted, I water daily until it just begins to drip. Because it does drip out the bottom, there is no fear of over-watering;)

Might as well grow your own tomatoes if you like eating them. We planted a garden this past summer and it was awesome to have tons of veggies whenever we wanted them!
