2/3/13 evening got few malware site warnings on DP

about 3 warnings.  was using Chrome, on a Mac.  what are you suppose to do?  seems ok now.  I tried the Macscan-- is this necessary for macs?

think they can, but mostly don't. I don't think it meant I had a virus--it said i would be going to one if i continued on[i would click to go to dp homepage...]

There were viruses going around like wild fire since last thursday....good luck they got a few people I know :(

chrome warned me not to proceed--probably didn't say virus, but more like: ''The Website Ahead Contains Malware!
Google Chrome Has Blocked access to site.com for now.
Even if you have visited this site safely in the past, visiting it now may infect your Mac with malware.'' [If you go to a site that is Blacklisted by Google, you will see that]

There have been lots of ads redirecting to malware sites popping up all over the net recently. I don't know for a fact that this is what you saw on this site, but it seems probable.
