Hi,I am planning to send a parcel to a friend's daughter for her birthday in Singapore. The item weight about 15 lbs. USPS, Fedex and DHL are all charging high international shipping charges (way exceed $200). Anyone has any good international shipping solution?Thank you.

You can use the US Postal Service, unless you want to go with a special courier service like those you've mentioned. USPS has Priority Mail International Flat Rate Boxes (maximum shipping weight is 20 lbs).

You can use the Medium (13-5/8" x 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" or 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2") for about $50; or the Large (23-11/16" x 11-3/4" x 3" or 12" x 12" x 5-1/2") for around $61.

If the item does not fit in either of those boxes, you can use your own box; then the rate will depend on the box size and weight.

If you use USPS with your own box, it should be less than $200. Maybe around $180, if that counts for anything.

Freight Forwarding company will be your best bet. They put your parcel in a container and ship it. It takes longer but is the cheapest and if your don't have a time constraint then look into this option. I would say it wouldn't take your parcel more than $35 -$45 to ship that way. You can find a Freight Forwarding company in your yellow pages and get some quotes.
