Depends on the clothes you're looking for and for whom.
Fallas has some cheap clothes and so does Target when they go on clearance. Walmart has clearance clothing all the time but I've found they have a better selection online than they do in-store.

Thanks @blackfoot! I'm mostly looking for shirts, jeans, or jackets - I can never have too many jackets. I like TJMaxx and Marshall's because I can find the name brands I like for a better price - specifically brands like Tommy Hilfiger or Calvin Klein.
I always forget about Target when it comes to clothes! I usually only remember to shop there for home products haha, but thanks for the reminder! And I've never heard of Fallas, I'll have to check it out soon :)

I recently found some good deals at Forever 21. They have a ton of specials and I scored a nice dress for under $20.

@jannvasquez I always forget about Forever 21 too! I got a cool jean jacket from there a couple years ago though, and I still have it! I'll have to see if I can find any deals there too.

@ammuler, If I remember right, there's a Fallas in Highland Park. Oh and I forgot about Ross.
There's a lot of decent online shopping too especially when you have a coupon to help you out. I recently bought a real leather purse from Wilson's Leather online that retailed at $95 and I got if for less than $25 after discounts & coupons.
