Been trying to get a response about my missing pay out for a month and 5 tries to contact.

This is Mar 1, 2022. My payout available amount was $49.64. The first time I cashed out went through to my PayPal acct in about 3 business days. Now I've been waiting for a month. They promise to respond within 72 hrs and I've contacted them 5 times, but still haven't heard back from them. I'm getting pretty disgusted with their awful customer service.

Hello cecmonet,

Checked Admin Memo, Customer Service Portal, and Emails, we've replay back to you and mentioned that every time we attempt to send out a payment, we are getting the following error message:

"This recipient is currently unable to receive money."

So please check with Paypal and see what's causing this issue. When resolved, please follow up with us and let us know. We will try it again.

I'm contacting you again about the information I got from PayPal. I had closed an account with them about 10 years ago. I had used the email (cecmonet@aol.com) with that account. My current account now uses terriskidmore81@yahoo.com, which you've sent 2 cashout amounts to recently. Please use my current email to send my LONG awaiting amount of $49.64 that I've been waiting for for 5 weeks. This should not take so long!

Hello,

If your Paypal account is not accepting our payment, there isn't much we can do to fix the issue. We will decline your original Cash Out request so you can make a new request with a different Paypal account.

Just in case, please double-check your Paypal email address when you make a new request.

I feel your pain, have sent 3 emails and NO RESPONSE! Beginning to wonder if DealsPlus isn't just a big scam and they keep all the money they earn for customers shopping through their portal. Missing 2 credits and no response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just in case, there is a note under your Purchas History page: note: it may take up to 45 days before your earnings are eligible for withdrawal.

Both Sam's Club & Macy's offer a generous return policy: ample amount of time to return. Therefore, some transaction(s) will take more time to get approved than others.
