Your best healthy options are oats or oatmeal (not the flavored ones), plain yogurt, eggs, fruit and cottage cheese.
A good combo is plain yogurt mixed with fresh fruit or cottage cheese mixed with fruit

I have found that if i eat breakfast i stay hungry all day long, if i don't eat breakfast i don't get hungry till around 4 pm.

I like something warm for breakfast.If you have some extra time in morning and love cooking then try some Pancakes, hash browns, waffles, French toast.You can also have Muffins,juice,green tea etc.

Wow so many choices but don't have time to cook in the morning, but I am afraid skipping breakfast is biggest mistake for health.

@naturaldeal - correct. Skipping breakfast isn't good. Your metabolism is better when you eat small meals every couple of hours

Banana with some peanut butter is pretty filling and somewhat healthy. The peanut butter should give you energy.
