It means your deal is not being published. DealsPlus admins will only publish deals & coupons from the approved stores (https://www.dealsplus.com/stores) - not all approved stores are listed here. You can also use the search bar and if you see the store website under Coupon, it also means the store is approved.

Can you share the deal link, please?

Generally speaking, Admins would bury the deal if:
1. it's from unapproved store
2. it's invalid. Such as promotion, promo-code, and etc
3. it's a duplicate. In this case, update existing instead of creating a new deal
4. a link for the landing page is broken
