Hello, quick questions, currently as a non resident i am unable to use my cashback, but, when I visit the U.S hopefully next year ( fingers cross) can i use it when i am in the states? or because I have already sign up as a non resident, when I am in the U.S I still cannot get access to it? or I will have to make changes to my Dealsplus account to access it while in the U.S? I don't know just asking if it is possible when us non residents are on the soil of America can get access to cashback at that time :)
