Recently I purchased a ticket for my wife from a travel agent in Texas, and on the day of flight when she was there for checking in the luggage the counter guy says that this ticket has been cancelled. And sitll the cause for that is unknown.
I tried to call that guy more than 100 times and its been 3 days, neither the guy picks up phone nor calls back. Whenever i call them they tell me they cannot solve this issue. Neither they are willing to give my money back and nor new ticket.
I am in big situation here, where I dont have any idea on where to complain about this issue.
Does anyone have any idea on how to complain this type of travel agency of any governmental or cops media?
This will help me a lot if anyone can provide with me some idea. I am in big tension now :(
Ask the airline when the ticket was cancelled and by whom.
May be there was some miscommunication or mishandled by your travel agent that's why they are avoiding you.
Please let us know what agency, we should get not involve with them anytime.
ANy news from the CC?? I think u should be careful when ordering travel tickets in the agent. try to choose some famous brand agent to avoid such risks. Hope your problem can be solved soon, good luck !
