I recently noticed an eBay deal in Canadian currency posted on DealsPlus. If you read the details of the offer on eBay, it stated that the seller would not ship to the US. Is this type of deal permitted?

@DealBuster2, as you may know, sellers on ebay.ca can set their own shipping option to US. Since our current focus is US market, avoiding a deal you've described would be ideal. Thank you
