I checked before submitting the $79 Kindle with special offers. The site was slow, and none came up, but there are tons now. Hopefully the mods will check the timestamps and consolidate them all.

not really. Some of the people who like to do this just to help others, do check for dupes. But most of the people who are here for the money only don't really care. People jocky for putting deals in and even put them in other categories to get away with it. This site is a good site, just a few bad seeds is all.

It ain't all about the money, I have fun here and I have met many nice people too:) I do check for dups when I know a site that the system doesn't detect. I do my part by flagging dups too when I see them.

I check for duplicates but sometimes they either don't show before I post it or I guess the key words weren't the same. I always double check an hour or so after I post and, if I find a dup (that was submitted first), I flag my post and/or mark it as expired and also put a link to the original post in the comments. I think "News" posts are often tricky because, unlike specific deals, you can (sometimes) get the news from various sites

Yes, MrBklynW. I have seen you doing the right things and thats nice. Like i said, some of the people who like to do this just to help others, do check for dupes and thats really cool. I just hope that some people will read this question and become more aware. I know you can't catch them all, but some people don't even try. They know who they are, and some of the people who are here often know who they are too. I am just trying to bring awareness to the problem.
