I don't do it too often but when I do, I just clip and print the coupons from here on dealsplus.com
Never had any problems as of yet but I do think some stores specifically say they don't accept printed out coupons. Shrug.

At my local stores, the only problem I run into is that most stores, except CVS, do not take printables for coupons good for a free item (i.e., free X item up to $X.XX in value). The reputable sites are Redplum.com (the same one that makes an insert for newspapers), Coupons.com, and Smartsource.com (they also make an insert). There are others but these are by far the most common and well-known.

Most grocery stores near me won't accept any customer-printed coupons. What irritates me even more though is that fast food joints like McDonalds & Wendy's won't even accept printable coupons right off THEIR OWN WEB SITES! One McDonald's told me they could only accept a printable if it was in color, as if that would somehow make it more authentic!
