Mother's Day is a tough day for those who have lost their moms. Hard to think of losing a person that you are closer to than the one who brought you into the world. My mom died about two years ago and this will be my 3rd Mother's Day without her. I will take flowers to her resting place tomorrow and I will also get a cup of coffee with cream and sugar and pour it on her grave. Mom loved her coffee.

I wish I could say the same for my mom, but I can't so instead I am so glad for all the people that step up to help people like me that have not been as lucky on having a decent mother. For all you moms that work so hard to make ends meet while raising your kids, you are making such a huge difference in the world, thank you! It means a lot to have other examples of what a mom should be! :)
