
Would it be possible for you to hire a Nanny or someone to home school (if necessary) or to babysit while you work so that your at least in the same area as your son. For a while I worked from home until my son became of school age because those first few years are the best to teach them that'll help shape their future.

Does your job give you the option to work from home some days out of the week? If so, you could work remote a day or two so that you're not away from your son as much.

I think the better solution is to work that not far away from your home, then you could stay with him when you are off duty.

i have a girl who is at the same age like your boy, so i know how hard you are. /hug
Lucky for me because she is with me and my mother-in-law takes care of her in the daytime when i am working.

yes, i am thinking so but in the other place there is some restrictions for going to kindergarden.
