
I don't usually sleep in the company. And don't eat too much starchy food for lunch so you will get less sleepy at noon.

If you rather not nap, you could take a walk during your work break instead to re-energize.

I think sleeping in company is not a good habbit. It shows negative impact on employee. If you feel so bore or so stressed, you can take little break and go out and get relax for some time and come back to work place.

Most of my colleagues take their foldable bed ana have a rest every noon.Bedsides,u bring ur mini pillow and air conditioner quilt as well
