I had 1 issue where my order was canceled from Sears and was still charged. I called them numerous times and they kept saying to wait and check my account. I finally emailed them and they emailed me back saying that I was never charged for the item, I even faxed them the statment from Paypal. I finally opened a case with from Paypal and got my money back. I have ordered so many things from them and this has been the only issue I have ever had. Sorry you have close your bank card that stinks. :(

Yes that is another situation that happened to me. I never picked up an order from the store and they said it was picked up and I was charged for it. Im not even sure if that was resolved now that I think of it. They have a very strange process where when you call in with an issue and it involves crediting you back, they forward your info to another dept to work on it for you. Then if you are lucky you hear back from them but I usually dont.

Just email them. That's the only way I've dealt with them. And request a supervisor in your email.
I just had an issue where I cancelled an in store pickup order. The agent confirmed it was cancelled and told me I'd get a credit shortly. Then it never came. I contacted them again and they said the order was picked up, which it wasn't. I explained this to them and they finally issued me a credit.

Thanks for this, it will certainly put me on my guard, although I might hold of on shopping with them. I have noticed that in stores Kmart is a mess--constantly out of stock and more employees than customers in the store. I wonder how they're still around?
