Welcome to DP @furluci12! I am new here, too. I just started last year. I tried the DP Money Maker program first before I sign up for PayPal. When I see improvement on my earnings I signed up for PayPal account. Actually I haven't receive my earnings since I just submit my PayPal 2 days ago. Hope to get it next month. :)

On the other hand, you can create PayPal account anytime, anywhere. You can use it even for your personal money transactions.
