Good deals from multiple stores is the key. The lead admin will not consider you as a CU if all 10 deals from the same store.

iv been blocked from posting more than 10 deals and that was my bread basket they too that now iv lost intrest in being lvl 2. Pls upgrade my level

I see that other admins have sent DM with advises & warnings. But you are still doing the same thing.
