Login Issue - Old Account

Hi, Today all of a sudden my old account logged off and since then I haven't been able to access the same. I am not sure if what has happened. Either the mod has suspended the account or there is some issue with the DP. Can an admin guide me please if I have breached any of the guidelines unknowingly or there is some technical issue?

Thanks for responding. The old ID is secrettofitness

In case I have breached any of the rules, I must have done it unknowingly. Or if there is any technical issue, kindly assist in rectification. This is my new ID and I do not plan to use it except for this communication. I didn't know how to contact the admin directly.

I also tried using Internet Explorer to log in, but the page doesn't seem to load.

Is anyone facing the same issue? I am still unable to use my last ID :(

Finally, I was successful in logging in from my old account. @Notbad, kindly remove my new account from your database, else I will be warned for having the duplicate accounts :P

Thanks @Notbad .. can you please also deactivate my another account which was being used by my spouse and not in use anymore .. the ID is @amzstore .. please do check.
