Not trying to bash anyone here or their deals. I just have a question- is it appropiate to post sales of sex clothes?

I understand people share news and other such things on ASK n Share,  but does that mean this is a ANYTHING GOES type of site, or is this a more FAMILY FRIENDLY site, and sales geared towards sex items, or lingerie items appropriate for this site - even if it's from Amazon?

Just wondering. No need for hate comments or bashing anyone...

I know what you are talking about...but it is only skin....there is more on TV.

"Sex clothes"? I see lots of clubwear, etc. Where do you draw the line? Is Victoria's Secret "sex clothes"? Just the panties? Just the naughty outfits for Valentine's Day? You can see where I'm going with this :) I think it is totally appropriate as long as the site is not pornographic. Most people using this site seem to be adults; most children do not shop around for deals (I suppose there might be exceptions...) Just my take :)

Well, the photo was of a woman holding her nipples. I mean, if it's from VS, it's one thing- but if the person has to cover their own nipples, because the article of clothing doesn't do so. Is that something for this site?

*Shocked* Welll.... I totally see your point on that one! Hold, on I just looked at it and she's covering her nipples--I thought they were visible!--but still a black dot/blur would have been helpful. Really the picture isn't showing any of the parts that would be really inappropriate, one of those just on the border situations. I would not have posted that image and if I posted the deal at all I would have put a logo for the image then a disclaimer that I am linking to a website best suited to adults.

I don't mind such things, even if dealsplus wanted to make an 18+ section...

That for sure would make it interesting and fun.

Good question. I had the same thought about having seen things more risque than the aforementioned lingerie on TV, for what that's worth.

Another thing to consider would be the options under the 'flag' drop down. None of these apply to nudity, sex, or general NSFW factors.

I will admit that I was surprised to see this item appear in my RSS feed, but in the interest of free speech, I'm not against it.

Shrug... a lot of the Frederick's store images are pretty risque too, just not as risque as the one we came across earlier today. A NSFW or 18+ category could be good but I don't imagine that category to be very popular... (except for encorez)

I've seen this trend a lot. If the nipples are covered, it's believed that she's not naked. oh well, others think otherwise :)
