Can anyone tell me how I can apply for one? So, I can have immediate access to the money in my paypal account?

Just look for the debit card section. Its pretty simple, parents can also get their children student paypal cards. I have one for my 9 year old, trying to teach him right that when you spend it, its gone no matter if its cash or a card.

MdavidK30, you can always call PayPal and ask them about the addresses or anything else. Most of the time when I call them I get someone who knows what he/she is talking about.

@Acidbaby, I didn't know you could get kid's debit cards! I will get my 4 y.o. nephew one once he's a bit older :)

Yeah you just fund it from your own paypal account. I also use it for my sons savings. He rarely spends his money nor does he have frequent deposits. Usually Christmas, Borthday, report cards and stuff and we deposit in my bank account and transfer it to my pay then to his. https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/student-accounts

Plus he likes being responsible with the card. He is always checking his wallet to make sure his money and stuff is there.

LOL -I'm always checking my wallet to see if my lotto ticket is there... hoping it can be replaced with some good money!
