well mystery solved, apparently tr1plication did it. here's the reason as I was given in an inbox message, seems to me it should be for everyone then..not seeing what a tax picture has to do what deals yet that one wasnt buried.
TRIPLICATION'S MESSAGE TO ME:
I personally buried those Ask & Share posts because they don't have anything to do with deals, I even got opinions from other mods
What can I do in the Ask & Share section?
Ask a Question:
Wondering how to update a deal or use a coupon code? Maybe you're not sure which laptop to buy, or where to find the best deal on a flat screen? Whatever your question is, you're welcome to post it here.

Not Sure How My eBay Post wasn't shopping related anyway
A Better Way To View eBay
2 others weren't "deal" related, one was a link for looking up medications, their side effects stuff like that. The other was an interesting site to see where banks have been robbed in your area, lol and a third was a post about Stolen medical records and a place to check if yours were. Some were more fun than useful, others could be valuable information.
All I say is don't make rules for ONE person, either make it for ALL posts or let it be. It's a forum for us to SHARE,ASK & at times VENT,it's like having a break at work.
there's always the search area if someone is looking for something specific, otherwise maybe they want to put in tabs by subject. We all post about topics UNrelated to actual deals or shopping,it's what helps make us a community and feel connected, why take that from us?
It does suck that sometimes you get personal attacks on social sites. I posted a deal once and someone replied that I didn't know crap because I hadn't posted very many deals and my rep was low. I thought the comment was uncalled for. How can you expect new members to participate if you treat them like that. And just because I haven't posted a lot of deals here doesn't give you any insight as to what kind of internet or deal shopper I am. It is unfortunate that people can be so rude and harsh with their opinions. I still think this is a great deal site. I think we should just remember not to attack members and insult them.

I'm the type to take things personal sometimes too so I know how you feel. I was seeing other posts in the ask/share sections and thought it was for deal related posts too. Yes, I read the guidelines and that's what I get from them. BUT I posted a question about it and everyone pretty much said it's just like a forum so I say if you can't beat em join em lol kffight3r is right, you just gotta *shrug it off:)

People are getting worked up too much over a thumbs down. It's not a personal attack. It's just someone saying they don't like what you wrote or what your post was.
95% of the time, they thumbs up outweigh the thumbs downs, so it really doesn't negatively affect your rep

I'm "over it" My issue was that it was buried because it was not deal related, which seemed to be singling me out because others also post non deal related material. As to the thumb down and rep,I understand that but if we go through the time and effort to post something and it gets buried by thumbs down that aren't warranted then it's a complete waste of time. I was told it was also because I posted too many in a row. I've taken all the information in and will carry on,lol

Seems like I also get thumb down on everything I post- and attacked for posting anything!
I try to be active, and have posted many good deals here.
The ASK & SHARE is exactly that. ASK & SHARE.
Either there are rules and regulations - or it's open to anything.
It's a public forum- expect the unexpected.

It seems very negative because the vast majority of comments are never down-voted. maybe seem less strong if they wrote: agree/disagree. Agree w/above--don't take personally. I accidentally downvoted while ago a few times on a new device by accident--but can't change vote afterwards--would be nice if could]
dddsss (rep: 16.6k) posted Feb 16, 2013
I just laugh when I see unnecessary thumbs down, and then I thumb up ;) I used to get so upset when I got thumbs downed for anything and now I really don't care--in fact, it has actually helped me shake off rude assumptions and comments from people in public too! xptrish, they are childish, don't worry too much about them ;)

I just want to know why people are responding negatively in the first place. That's just stupid. You're either active to make money on here or you're not, as MdavidK30 said before me. I'm sorry, but I think the negative comments are ridiculous and immature. No reason for it.
