The reason you try to lose weight & keep fit, how do you make it?

I just feel a little bit worried about my health and shape after eating fast food for a few months, though I quite like running but it is really hard to keep it.

I'm not a very active person, but I love to take walks. Doctors say just walking 30 minutes a day can do wonders for our health! So if running isn't your cup of tea to do all the time, go for a relaxing stroll :)

Yes, it does @PassionLee! Walking relaxes me and I actually look forward to it. Sometimes I go for walks alone or with family. It's nice either way.
That's a good idea @greenlantern! I've also considered getting a hula hoop. It can be a workout, but fun at the same time!
