  •  2 microfiber pillows
  •  Retail Value - $23.98
  • Total Spent - $9.00. (including shipping and tax)
  • Savings - $14.98 (62%)
  • As many of you know, shopping on dealsplus deals is just highly addicting. I bought these pillows because I have never seen them cheaper anywhere else. The retail value was $23.98 I have a lot of guests at my home throughout the year, and these pillows will come in handy when I need them
  •  2 plane tickets to California for August to visit my brother.
  •  Retail Value- $970
  • Total spent on 2 tickets- $750
  • Savings for 2 tickets = $220 (22%)
  • I have been looking for a good flight deal for the month of August. I am used to spending about $600 for 2 tickets to California. After doing some research, the best price I was able to get at the time was $970 for 2 tickets. The flight prices drop right after the 1st week of september and coincides with the start of the new school year. I was not very flexible with my days, and I had to travel in August. Dealsplus came to my rescue when that deal was posted. I booked it on the same day and saved myself $220.
  •  $15 Staples gift card
  •  Retail Value -$15
  • Total spent - $7.50.
  • Total savings - $7.50 (50%)
  • My friend and I both bought into this deal. It's a little bit of a process getting the card shipped but well worth it. When I purchased it, there was no option to enter a shipping address. I had to wait for an email, then log in to a site and enter a code and finally enter my address for the card to be shipped. I received the card in exactly one week.
  • 27 inch Westpointe Oscillating Fan
  • Retail value- $29.99
  • Total Spent - $17.99
  • Total Savings - $12 (40%)
  • I saw this deal on DP in the beginning of July. I needed an extra fan, and at this price it was hard to resist. I bought it, and had it shipped to the True value hardware store about 5 minutes from where I live. When the fan came in, I received an email with pickup info. I went after work, and picked it up. In addition to the 40% savings on the fan, I also saved big on the shipping.

Good job, lilywow! I see lots of practicality in your shopping, something I've been lacking as of late. I love the discounted gift cards, they usually are a better discount than cash back debit cards :)

Good job! I'm hoping to make enough money so I can actually start making purchases on the things I need. Like a new wardrobe.

Great List! I should do one up - but with as much as I buy - there wouldn't be enough room on the page. ;) (I Christmas shop for 3 kids, 4 grandkids, mom, hubby and friends all year long... so I NEVER quit shopping... Stores and UPS Love me.) ;)
