For me, if the deal is expired, then needs to be updated.
Or if it was posted without any deadline, but was posted long time ago. Like the posts in 2019 or 2018 etc.

I updated deals, some of them are expired. Some of them from early this year. They are never posted.
Some other users updated my deals, the price was higher than original deal and they were posted.

Like this deal. I updated this deal because it was expired. I put new code and new expire date. It never been posted.
