How do you get customer service when buying online? Thats the whole reason I enjoy buying online, you don't have to deal with anyone. Not the cashiers, the other people in the store, the long lines, the lack of availability.
I figure if I am going to spend $2 each way for the bus, or if it is to Walmart, probably will take 2 buses- $4 to get there one way! It's more simpler and easier to buy it online. I don't have to shlep it either.

Free budget shipping (5-7 days is fine in most cases; I'll pay for faster if needed).

Good customer service. Doesn't have to be over the phone, I am happy with LiveChat or even email, but they need to be responsive. And they need to actually be able to do something for you. First tier CSRs frequently can't do much, but if they are only emailing/chatting they better have some authority.
