I usually go with something that isn't harmful, is useful to the parents and boy - clothing. Parents will appreciate doing less laundry. I usually wait until older for toys or educational items.

Books are always nice, especially if you write the baby's name and a short note signed by you inside.

i usually make my own gift basket.
go to the dollor store and buy a nice basket
you can fill it up with whatever you like Blankets, Pajamas, Johnson and Johnson Shampoo, Body Wash, Body Lotion, or what ever you think the baby will need.

Some super hero clothes, bags or drawing collections....eg, super man, spiderman, batman, ironman.....etc. would be another idea.

Timmy the turtle toy with mp3 music, this is a very good toy for baby. It is a plush toy with music. This music calms baby and helps to sleep. I love this toy and recommend to everybody
