
A motherload of sodium, a dash (or ten) of unknown ingredients we can't even pronounce, and questionable meat, and you've got some of fast food's most popular (and deadly) menu items. Unfortunately, even though I know eating these things won't be the best decisions I make, I still crave them. I've cut fast food out of my diet, but that doesn't mean I am not tempted (quite frequently at that).
I need a way to satisfy my cravings without breaking my resolution, so I found a ton of copycat fast food recipes that will save me. I get to control the ingredients, so that in itself is already a huge selling point. Happy cooking!
