Here is a mini roundup of top tax saving offers that are still live, don't wait to take advantage of these deals:

 $20 Off Select TurboTax Products

Just head to each brand's coupon page and scroll through the many coupons and promotional offers you can use to access savings on your software. They even have options if you’d like to get your taxes prepared by a service (like Liberty Tax Service) if you don’t want to prepare your taxes by yourself.

2. Search for tax coupons and deals in weekly circulars.

Most of us receive free weekly circulars with coupons and deals for dozens of stores. This is often the time that stores will compete for tax software sales, so keep your eyes and ears open!

Several stores like Staples, Target, and Walmart all offer discounts on tax software (and sometimes you don’t even need to clip an actual coupon to get the savings). Pay attention to deals being offered, and you could find savings up to $10-$20 off.

3. See if your bank/financial institution provides tax discounts.

Some banks and financial companies provide discounts on tax software. Ask customer service at these places if they offer any discounts - it never hurts to ask, right?

For example, Fidelity offers up to $20 off either the online or desktop versions of TurboTax if you’re their customer. You may even be able to snag the promotion if you just visit Fidelity.com and contact a representative! Even some insurance companies have, in the past, offered discounts on TurboTax software. Both Progressive and USAA have offered up to 25% off the software. Contact these companies or check out their websites for details.

4. Use your AAA card.

Have an account with AAA? A discount on TurboTax is just one of the many discounts you can receive with this membership! In years past, AAA has offered as much as 25% off TurboTax Home and TurboTax Business. Contact AAA’s customer service or visit their website for more information on snagging this discount.

5. See if you qualify for the free file program.

The IRS does offer a free file option, which is a federal income tax prep and electronic filing program for taxpayers that make less than $60,000 a year. The no-cost software lets you fill out necessary forms and find out about any tax breaks you might qualify for. It even e-files your taxes for you, so you might receive your refunds even faster! No only will you save money, you'll get money back as quickly as possible. This is a great option if you make less than the designated amount and need some assistance filing.
