Looking for a job? Amazon just revealed in their recent press release that they plan to create more than 100,000 full-time AND full-benefit jobs across the U.S. These new positions will be made available throughout 2017 and early 2018. These new positions will be made available to everyone from diverse educational and career backgrounds. The majority of the new roles will be in the company’s new fulfillment centers which are currently under construction in California, Texas, New Jersey and many more states across the country. You can find an entire list of Amazon’s current and new fulfillment centers over at taxjar.com.

Amazon will have thousands of new positions open in their fulfillment centers alongside other Amazon businesses like Amazon Marketplace and Amazon Flex. (Both of which will also contribute to generating new positions this year.) Amazon Marketplace will enable entrepreneurs to easily start their own business on the Amazon selling platform. Amazon Flex, on the other hand, is an on-demand delivery service powered by workers like you! Think of it as Doordash or Uber but for Amazon Prime deliveries. Amazon Flex pays $18 to $25 per hour with a fully flexible schedule. Amazon currently has university recruiting, fulfillment center hiring and even hundreds of remote opportunities.
