Good Housekeeping

If you have purchased milk or any other milk products (half & half, cream cheese, sour cream and etc) since 2013 and is a resident of one of the following states listed below, you may be eligible for free money as part of a $52 million class action settlement. The class action suit was received for preliminary approval on August 25, 2016, in which the defendants (National Milk Producers Federation, Dairy Farmers of America Inc., and Agri-Mark Inc.) deny allegations of price-fixing but agreed to settle to avoid additional expenses from the litigation. Here are all the following states eligible for a compensation between $10 - $20:

  • Arizona

  • California

  • District of Columbia

  • Kansas

  • Massachusetts

  • Michigan

  • Missouri

  • Nebraska

  • Nevada

  • New Hampshire

  • Oregon

  • South Dakota

  • Tennessee

  • Vermont

  • West Virginia

  • Wisconsin

Those who file a claim need only have proof of residency in the above applicable states between 2003 to now and that they have purchased dairy products between that time frame. No need to submit proof of purchase.

I wanna be the very best like no one ever was. Couponing is my real test, to cut them is my cause. I will travel across the land, searching far and wide. Each store to understand, the discounts that's inside.

They've been dumping milk into the Pacific Ocean since the 60's that I know of, maybe sooner.

Thank you so much for this info. Am I reading it incorrectly, or is there a typo in the article that states this has been happening since 2013, but the claim foram states 2003.
